Tired of all those electricity bills? Why buy electricity when you can make it yourself by creating your own solar panels? It can't be that hard.... except that one look at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solar_cell makes me think it can't be easy or cheap. I guess if you plunk down $199 for plans you can find out....
